Welcome to Penny’s Gluten-Free Bakery. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. About Us

Penny’s Gluten-Free Bakery is a Cape Town-based business specialising in premium gluten-free and vegan baking premixes.

All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance.

Once an order has been placed, you will receive an email confirming your purchase.

This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if necessary, in which case a full refund will be provided.

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

However, the price charged will always be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.

Payments are processed securely through our approved payment gateway.

Penny’s Gluten-Free Bakery does not store your payment card details.

Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received.

We currently ship within South Africa.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the courier service.

While we do our best to dispatch orders promptly, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier services,

weather, strikes or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened unless they are faulty or incorrectly supplied.

If a product is found to be defective or supplied in error, we will replace it or issue a refund in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

Our products are developed to be gluten-free and many are vegan.

Customers with severe food allergies should carefully read all ingredient information before consumption.

We strive to ensure that product descriptions, ingredients and photographs are accurate.

Images are for illustration purposes and slight variations in packaging may occur.

All content on this website, including photographs, logos, recipes, branding, graphics and written material,

remains the property of Penny’s Gluten-Free Bakery and may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Penny’s Gluten-Free Bakery shall not be liable

for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act or other applicable South African legislation.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page.
