Not at all! Our premixes have been carefully developed to deliver the flavour, texture and consistency you’d expect from traditional baking—so everyone can enjoy them, whether they eat gluten-free or not.
Are your products really gluten-free?
Yes. Our premixes are specially developed to be gluten-free, making them suitable for people following a gluten-free lifestyle. Please always check the ingredient list and product packaging before use.
Are your products vegan?
Some of our premixes are vegan. Each product page clearly states whether the product is gluten-free, vegan, or both.
What ingredients do I need to add?
Our premixes are designed to be as simple as possible. Most recipes require only a few fresh ingredients, such as oil, milk or eggs depending on the product. Full instructions are included on the packaging.
Do I need any special baking equipment?
Not at all! Our premixes are made for everyday home bakers and require only standard kitchen equipment.
Do you ship throughout South Africa?
Yes! We currently deliver nationwide within South Africa.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and the courier, but most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch.
How should I store my premixes?
Store unopened premixes in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, reseal the packet or transfer the contents to an airtight container and use within the recommended timeframe.
Can I order in bulk?
Yes. We welcome enquiries from cafés, restaurants, guesthouses, retailers and other businesses looking to stock or use our products. Please contact us to discuss bulk orders.
Can I return a product?
Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to help.
